A edição de Outubro da Revista de vinhos contem uma interessante reportagem sobre a diversidade de “terroir” que existe na região da Bairrada. Bem presente nesta peça está também a diversidade de pensamento que atravessa os diferentes produtores tornando impossível que esta região se consiga caracterizar de forma simples.

Um dos “terroir” que aparece caracterizado é o nosso Vale de Cadoiços, que tem como único representante, nesta reportagem, o vinho Outrora Clássico 2011 que ainda repousa numa escura cave e que é novamente considerado pelo painel da revista como um Bairrada de Excelência.
